Personal data will be processed for the purposes of e-mail correspondence (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). If the correspondence concerns the process of agreement execution or performance by the Company, personal data will also be processed for that purpose (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Data will not be shared with anyone, unless it is necessary to perform an agreement the Company is a party to or required under legal regulations. The Company may entrust your data, e.g. to a supplier of IT services, and may share the correspondence with its authorized employees. You have the right to access your data, including the right to receive a copy of it, the right to data portability, the right to rectification and erasure of data, the right to restriction of processing, and the right to object. You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office).
